If you are recently incorporated, you should have the following documents present in order for a bank or financial institution to open a corporate bank account.

1. Employer Identification Number (EIN)
2. A certified State filing certificate.
3. Corporate Seal might be required if you are signing legal documents for loans etc.
4. Articles of Incorporations attesting to your ownership of the business and corporate title.

These may be more than sufficient to open the bank account. As such, take all the documents you received when you registered your corporation in the state.
