Applicable Tax form with Bank account application

I am in process opening a bank account with Citi Bank for newly incorporated company in Delaware. Both of its stakeholders and directors are from India (Indian citizen). We don't have any employee in US as for now. We got stuck that which Tax form we need to fill along with Bank Account opening form. Is it W-9 or W-8BEN. Bank agent is not able to clarify this and suggested to consult with a Tax consultant.

A quick assistance in this matter will be highly appreciable.
