Applying Tranditional IRA deduction when filling in 2 states

Last year I moved form Utah to Arkansas in June 1 week. I have to file tax in both the states. I have made payments to transitional IRA account for 2013. The total deduction amount is 11000 for me and my wife filling jointly. Can I deduct 11000 from both the state returns or should I split it or should I claim deduction from just one state. I would appreciate quick help.
