What States have no State Income Taxes in 2012?

Warren Buffet's Rule, "Move to a No-Tax State" means that we need to first identify State's that have no Individual Income Taxes. As a matter of fact, there are currently 7 States that have no State Income Taxes and these are as follows;
  1. Alaska
  2. Florida
  3. Nevada
  4. South Dakota
  5. Texas
  6. Washington
  7. Wyoming.
In addition, there are 2 States that have actually implemented "Limited State Income Taxes on Individual Taxpayers Income." These States have limited tax liabilities to only the Individual Taxpayers Dividend Income and Interest Income and these states are as follows:
  1. New Hampshire
  2. Tennesse
