Which Taxpayers fail to claim the Earned Income Tax Credit?

The IRS has identified “rural workers and their families, non-traditional families, such as grandparents or foster parents raising children, taxpayers without qualifying children and taxpayers with disabilities” who generally fail to claim the Earned Income Tax Credit."
