Can Flex Plans reimburse Workers for Over the Counter drugs in 2011?

For the tax year 2011, Flex Plans can no longer reimburse workers for the Over the Counter Drugs. But, payments are allowed for prescriptions drugs and insulin only!

For the year 2013, there is an Annual Cap of $2,500 imposed on the flexible spending plan payouts.
