i have 4 kids but only claim2 on my tax return my wife claims the other 2 ,can i claim all in my tax return

My wife recently got form 1099c she is claiming to of our kids and i claim the other 2 ,this year she want's me to claim all because of the 1099c form.I'm scared to claim them because she has been claiming them since they were born i 've been claiming the oldest.Can the i.r.s Audit me if i claim my other 2 kids without no problems.Thank you for all of you help.
