I am a professor teaching online for a variety of universities

I am considered an ajunct; they do take taxes out. I have never taken a deduction for my expenses but this year I am striving to do this as a full-time career. I have a computer that I purchased last year but am thinking of upgrading for faster performance--may I deduct the computer and the required software? Does it need to be depreciated or may I deduct the full amount? What about the monthly Internet access and cell phone that I must have for teleconferences, communicating with students? Also, may I deduct part of my house that I am using as an office for my online teaching? Thank you kindly.
