Gambling as a full time business

I want to use Sch C to report my gambling winnings/losses as a full time business. Winnings in 2008 wee 1.3 million, with losses at 1.39 million. I do this full time with records of my dates of my activiity (January thru Dec 2008).

Will this suffice the IRS rules in this area ? I have no other employment.
