Need help on 1099-MISC form

What should I put for this?

Quote:
Business Income - Form 1099-MISC Did you receive any gross receipts for [my business] reported on Form 1099-MISC? [Yes or No]

Amounts reported in Boxes 5, 6, 7, and 14 of Form 1099-MISC are usually reported on Schedule C. Amounts reported in Boxes 1, 2, and 3 should also be reported on Schedule C if the income is trade or business income. Income reported in other boxes of Form 1099-MISC should be entered on the applicable form or schedule.Generally amounts reported in nonemployee compensation (box 7), are subject to self-employment tax. "
I was 1099-MISC working for a company. (So basically not really my own business)

I do have a number on Box number 7, does that mean I should put YES?
