C Corp never filed taxes, please help

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can give me some friendly advice. I opened a C-Corp in June of 2011 in New York City. The business never came to fruition so I never filed any taxes for it, nor did I ever make any profit from it. I'm trying to sort out everything but realized that it was much more complicated than I had originally thought. I'm going to see a tax accountant about this but wanted to get some opinions about what my next steps should be, what I should expect, and what penalties are involved. Thanks in advance for your time.
