Hi, I filled my corporation tax return as C-Corporation but the federal returned as it has been elected as S-Corporation. How can I make the correction on the State (Massachusetts)?

your corp is an S corp NOT an C corp so, They will send it back to you since your 2553 election means you can't file a C corp return, form 1120.or they would make the correction for you;then, let the IRS make the correction, then review the corrected return by asking for a copy of the tax transcript. After evaluating it, you may want to amend it.
