How many Individual Income Tax Rates does Tennessee State have for Tax Year 2008?

Tennessee State does not impose on Individual tax but on the their Earned Income. This State imposes a State Income Tax on individual taxpayers that is strictly limited to dividends and Interest Income only (that is, Individuals are taxed on their Passive Income).

There is only 1 Income Tax Rate that is currently at 6% of the taxable (passive) income.
