Payroll Tax Expense

For payroll tax expense, for example im the employee working for a company a public accounting firm. The public accounting firm is my employer. Do I get a deduction for state and federal for payroll tax SS, federal and state. And then what does the employer do add it back for state and federal.

PLEASE HELP, just got confused.
