Nonqualified Deferred Compensation

I have an S-Corporation. I am looking at ways to reduce my income so that I qualify for more financial aid for my student in college. I would like a way set up a non-qualified deferred compensation plan so that the money deferred does not "flow back" to me as income, and is not counted as income for purposes of financial aid. Any suggestions?
