Rental Property loan how to account for lender credit

I acquired a rental property with a loan in Januarty 2012, and paid the loan off in full before the end of the year. On the HUD-1 are a lender credit and smaller seller credit, but they do not break down which fees etc. were paid. Turbotax has entries for the title costs etc but no place to enter a lender credit. Can I still add the title and loan costs to the appraisal? And how do I deal with the credits?
