Accidentally Left Out a W2

Ok. I know this was really stupid. But somehow I left my W2 forum out of my MD state return. I didn't realize it until I got a letter saying that my return was denied. Now they are demanding that I pay all the taxes that I owe (somehow they took my word on my earnings, but not on my tax payments) along with interest. What do I need to do in order to remedy this?
