Exclamation LLC Tax Election - Help Please

I have an LLC that was formed as a subsidiary of an S-Corportation effective 1/1/11. This is an LLC with only one member. Must this LLC make a tax election with the IRS? I don't believe one was made during 2011. Does our LLC default to an entity disregarded as an entity disregarded as separate from the owner?

Is there a way I can file only a form 1120S for the S-Corporation and include the Income, Deductions, and other for the LLC? In other words, avoid filing a return for the LLC? I am confused as to what tax forms I need to file in this situation when the LLC is a subsidiary of an S-Corporation.

Thank you.
