What tax forms do I file for a c corp?

Last year in October we got our articles of incorporation, EIN number etc. We used legal zoom. We are classified by the IRS as a c Corp. We didn't do any business in 2011 because we are still in the process / waiting to obtain a state license in order to begin operations. According to the IRS agent we still have to file a return (form 1120) with all zero's. I complied a list of about 35 forms related to form 1120 and was wondering if it is necessary to file all these forms with the 1120.
