MD LLC bought/sold townhouse in DC - do I file MD tax forms, DC tax forms, or both?

I bought a townhouse in DC with a MD LLC since I wanted to limit my liability. I set the LLC up in MD since that is where I live. The DC townhouse was bought as an investment with a partner. It was flipped after just over a year. I am filing the federal form 1065. My concern is with the state filings. I was wondering if I need to file both MD and DC tax forms? If I have to file both, how do I determine the percentage for each? By the way, I took a loss, just trying to get out of the situation.
