Missed tax quarters

I just started working for a small business as the office manager/bookkeepers and we recently discovered that Q1, 2 and 3 quarterly returns were not filed by the accountant that the company used. I am taking over the filing of the taxes and I need to know if I can combine the YTD totals in the Q4 941 or do I have to file 4 separate returns. One for each quarter! Help please!
