Which entities are considered "Non Permitted Shareholders" of an S Corporation?

The IRS has stated that the following represent the non-permitted shareholders of an S Corporation, as follows;
  1. Corporations
  2. Partnerships
  3. LLC's
  4. LLP's
  5. SEP's & SIMPLE
  6. IRA's and ROTH IRA's
  7. Indian Tribes
  8. State and Local Governments
