How does one pay for their Corporation tax liability?

I owe some corporation tax on my C Corporation, as I was not able to take all the profits in the form of a salary.

1. How do I pay for these taxes?

2. What address should I mail these payments to, my corporation is a regular C corporation based in California!

Thanks in advance!
