I don't know what to do about this?I wanna call up the IRS and do something about this.But I don't know if It would be a good idea ?

But listen i'm new to the whole tax paying,I live with my parents,and I don't have any job besides this one job making money off of this gpt site on the internet.and back in 2008 I made $725.42 off of this gpt site on the internet,and after I made that much money off of the gpt site,the gpt site had sent me a w-9 form,and i had to fill out the w-9 form and send it back to them before the gpt site could pay me any more money,and after I did that then in 2009 the gpt site had sent me 1099 misc forms,and instead of me sending them in to the IRS.I had had ended up losing them 1099 forms .and now today,I wanna know
If I could get them 1099 misc forms for 2008 from somewhere,and still send them in to the IRS,and also pay off any taxes and penalties that I might owe to the IRS?I was wondering if you could please help me out with this?Because your help would definitely mean alot to me.
