Partnership Purchases

I was in a partnership (It no longer exists) where my partner made many personal purchases under the company name. Is this considered in gross sales since the company paid for it. The partner wrote a partial personal check for the items but underpaid by about 4,000. Do I write this off as a bad debt or as payment she recieved (like a paycheck?) Please advise.
