Hi,
I own a small company and spent about $2000 in advertising. I spent $1,200.00 in google adds, and $800 with a small firm for mailers, post cards and promotional materials. Do I have to issue a 1099 to "Google Ads"? Do I have to issue a 1099 to the other smaller company which is not a corporation, but a sole proprietorship? thanks
