Unpaid Licensed Minister

My husband is a licensed minister at our Church is in leadership and does many duties. However, he is not paid. Do I need to file a special form when I do my taxes and if so, how would it help us? He has a full time job outside of the Church. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
