Is the Property tax on a 2nd Residence Deductible?

I own a piece of raw land and have paid a substantial amount in propoerty taxes in 2007. Is the property tax deductible? Can I itemize this amount and combine it with my principal real estate taxes or do I have to show some additional information to claim this tax.

Any help on this greatly appreciated!
