File New Jersey corp taxes?

Does a federal s corporation that is not a new jersey s corporation need to file for NJ taxes? The shareholders are NJ residents and the corporation is 100% allocated to NJ. Based on the last page of this site, the tax will be zero for the shareholder's corporation income.

There is a minimum tax, $500. Is there a need to fill out all those schedules and form CBT-100 just to pay a flat minimum tax? That's a lot of work to accomplish nothing since the minimum is pre-determined.

Can you sense the frustration?
