Non Employee Under $600

When completing the Schedule C, where do I show monies paid to non employee persons, with an amount being paid less than that which is required for issuing a 1099?

Just because the amount of the deduction is less than $600, does not mean that you cannot deduct these expenses. You are entitled a deduction for these expenses. I would simply report these expenses on Schedule C as "Outside Services".

Note, when you print the tax return, this expense item will be reflected as "Other Deductions", and then on page 2 of Schedule C you will see a description of Other Deductions, showing Outside Services.

Agreed; you can report it on Sch C line 27 by listing the expense in part 5 , " Other expenses" section.
