Website automatically filed federal return twice.

I filed my federal tax return and received the direct deposit already. I file my state taxes today from the same website and when I sent the electronically, it filed my federal again. Now there is a hold on my state tax return until I "fix errors". What can I do?

The IRS then electronically submits your state return to your state department of revenue’s computer system. I guess it takes one to three days after the IRS acknowledgment. The software company you used will download the acknowledgments and make them available to you. So,I guess you need to contact the software company that you are using.
