Ok, here is my situation. I have divorced with custody of two children. I have one additional child with my girlfriend. I have a government insured homeloan that I defaulted on with my ex-wife. When I filed last year I waited for three months for my refund untill I finaly was able to speak to a human at the IRS and they stated that my refund was intersepted by the Department of Agruculture. My question, is there any way I can bypass this interseption? We have so little money and this return that I file, with three child credits, gets us threw the year. I just cant seem to survive without it. Please is there anything we can do?
