Write off S Corp debt on personal taxes

I am a 1/3rd owner in a S Corp. We are spliting up and one partner wants to retain 100% ownership for the name. We have debt that we have talked about spliting 3 ways which will turn into personal debt for me. Can I write this debt off on my taxes.
