Exclamation Question

I created an s corp back in July of this year. I live on the west coast however, I created the s corp for the state of Delaware. I never opened a business account for the company and never made a dime under the company. I'm now realizing that I don't need the company anymore - my vision has shifted since then so I don't need it. Again, I haven't made any money under the company - should I dissolve it or just let it sit? If I let it sit what issues (if any) would I have?

I appreciate your feedback.

Thanks.
