Question No Fixed Address

My partner is a low income earner and as he works long hours he just crashes at work, he is technically of "no fixed address". He believes he can't file his taxes unless he has a address and bank account to bank refunds into and therefore hasn't submitted his taxes for the past four years (stupid I know). (he has all the forms complete and required documentation, just never sent it in)

My question is can you file your taxes when you don't have an address?

Thanks,

Ange.
