What are the limits on itemized deductions for 2009?

For the tax year 2009, if the taxpayers adjusted gross income is greater than $166,800 for Married Filing Joint taxpayers($83,400 for Married Filing Separately), then these taxpayers may have to reduce the amount of some of their itemized deductions such as their mortgage interest deduction on their primary home!
