Mary Kay and taxes question

I sold Mary Kay in 2008, but I do not plan to continue the business. However I stupidly bought a lot of inventory that I have left over. I'm not wanting to sell it, but if I need to sell whats left over to avoid any problems in the future I am willing to do this. I showed a loss on my 2008 taxes and I am about to file my 2009 taxes. I sold less than $400 last year, and I had no expenses from the business. How should I file this business this year to avoid any further issues.
