NYS credit for NJ UI/WF and FLI tax?

I live in NY and work in NJ. I understand that I get credit from NYS for NJ income taxes. Do I also get credit for New Jersey Unemployment Insurance and Workforce Development Partnership Fund (UI/WF) and Family Leave Insurance (FLI) withholdings?
