The entity closed its doors in March and the Co filed for BK in April 09. The bank liquidated all the assets in May 09. The owners of the Co. also filed for BK and their personal BK has been finalized. Have not rec'd any final BK info for the Scorp entity but would like to file a final 2009 1120S to wrap it up. When does a BK become final. I don't want to file a final return if indeed there is still activity
necessary to finalize.
