I am prepaing my Mothers taxes.She is currently in a Memory support unit of a Lifecare facility as she has Dementia(early stages of Alzheimers),she needs continuing care for feeding,clothing ,medical needs.etc.Her monthly fee for lodging,food,medical services is approx.$4,000 per month,and am paying fees with her money.
Is this a fully deductible medical expense for her?
