buying gas for my car I use for my business

I have a car I use for my business. I use it to pick up parts, deliver cars, make sales calls, and run around for my business.
I just opened a business checking and I was wondering if I can use my business account debit card to put gas in my car? Is this a good idea?
Would this be a good business tax deduction?
