2009 withholdings

What can I do? Because the federal tax rate was cut and for 2009 my wife and I were claiming 1 each, we ended up having over $4k less in federal taxes withheld but our income stayed same because no raises. We had a baby in 2009 and have normal deductions, home interest, new car purchase, student loan interest, etc, but we are only getting back approx $500 from Fed. Combined income was approx $92k. Is there anything I can do?
