SAHM needs proof of income

Hi. I am a SAHM. My husband makes a good income but has poor credit. I have good credit, but no income per se. But we figure since I manage half of our household, or as we like to call it, the "Johnson Family Corporation" I may be able to get a 1099 status as a housekeeper/nanny and recieve paychecks from my husband. (I need to establish income in order to qualify for a loan with my own credit.) Can I somehow create an LLC or is there some other legal way to set myself up to recieve payments for my share of taking care of our "corporation?"

Thanks.
