LLC Contributions

if in made contributions to an llc for real estate , and later pulled my contribution back under 30 days. will i be taxed on the my contribution i pulled back. no gains made on the contribution

no.In general, no gain or loss is recognized upon the contribution of money or property to the LLC in exchange for an LLC interest. Neither the contributing member nor the LLC is taxed.
