paying my bosses bills

Hello I'm new to this forum...my ? is it work for this guy I get 1099 cailf every year. but this year 2017 I have been using uber for rides back and forth from job site to job site. I also pay for gas and oil and office supplies. he pays me back in full but it's added to my monthly paycheck so that makes my pay alot more than it really is. my ? is can I use all of what I listed as a tax deduction....please help with any advice....
