Exclamation Payroll Tax withholding working from home

Hi, I recently moved from Pennsylvania to Delaware and wanted to know who all do I need to pay taxes to? on my pay check should my company be taking out state taxes for both PA and DE? right now they are only taking out state taxes for Delaware. I just want to make sure I am paying all the taxes I have to pay so come April I am not hit by surprise penalties or fees.
