I am a otr truck driver. I was doing my taxes and now I'm on the part where you do itemization and meal costs etc.. .i know that if you do not get your per diem on your regular pay check you get it back on your taxes but the site I'm using says that you no longer get it. Os that true? I have always opted to get my per diem back at the end of the year, can someone please explain whats going on?
