Qdro

Hi. I'm going through a divorce and my ex and I have quite a bit of debt. We are wanting to use a QDRO to transfer about 75% of my 401k account to my ex. She will then deposit that into a non-retirement account, set aside the appropriate tax, and then use the remainder to pay off our debt. The total transfer will be around 120k, setting aside an estimated 30% for taxes.

Is this possible using a QDRO? Anything we should look out for doing this?
