Rental Refinance

I refinanced my rental property this year. I understand that I can amortize the refinance costs (appraisal, credit report and other costs) over the term of the loan, say 30 years and I will use Form 4562 "Part VI Amortization" with IRC Code 461 for this. But how do I carry the total amount from line 44 of 4562 to my 1040.

Do I enter this amount in Schedule E? If so, should it be added to existing amount in Line 18 (Depreciation expense or depletion)? or should I enter it in Line 19 (Other)?

Thanks in advance.
