registered agent for s-corp

Where can I obtain a registered agent form for my s-corp (California)?

I want to register myself as the registered agent for my s-corp.

I'm assuming that this should be a simple form and no expense should be involved (besides mailing/faxing).

If I'm my own registered agent then this just means that I'll be served summons at the address (home office address) registered for my business, right?

For a 1-man s-corp it seems to make sense to be your own registered agent rather than paying money to some 3rd party to be your registered agent. Do you agree?
